Ripple, a leading crypto payments company, is proud to announce its recognition as one of the top workplaces in the San Francisco Bay Area by Fortune Magazine. The news was shared in a recent post by Ripple, celebrating its inclusion in the prestigious list of Best Workplaces in the Bay Area for the year 2024. This acknowledgment reflects Ripple’s dedication to fostering a positive and gratifying work environment for its employees.
Expressing gratitude for this honor, Ripple thanked Fortune Magazine for the acknowledgment. The survey, conducted by Great Place to Work on behalf of Fortune, ranked Ripple 17th in the list of best workplaces in the Bay Area for small and medium-sized companies in 2024. Noteworthy companies in this category include Cribl, Lumin Digital, NerdWallet, Mercury, and Chegg Inc.
The survey revealed that a remarkable 94% of Ripple employees consider it a great place to work, far surpassing the national average of 57% for typical companies in the United States. Great Place to Work highlighted various aspects of Ripple’s employee experiences that contributed to its 17th position on the list.
According to the survey results, 98% of Ripple employees felt welcomed when they joined the company, while 96% praised the honest and ethical business practices of Ripple’s management. Additionally, 96% of respondents acknowledged the positive impact of Ripple’s facilities on the work environment. Furthermore, 96% of employees reported that they are allowed to take necessary time off, and the same percentage expressed joy in celebrating special events within the company.
This recognition is not new for Ripple, as the company previously ranked eighth in the best workplaces category for small and medium-sized companies in 2022. In the same year, Ripple was also listed as the 34th best company to work for in the region. Moreover, Ripple has been recognized as the 27th best workplace for millennials in 2023 and the fourth best work environment for parents in 2022.
