One of the standout achievements is the enhancement of Shibarium, Shiba Inu’s Layer-2 scaling solution. The development team behind Shiba Inu implemented substantial upgrades to Shibarium, resulting in improved efficiency and scalability. This progress was made possible through a highly anticipated hard fork in May, providing Shibarium users with rapid transactions and transparent gas fees.
Another noteworthy development in the Shiba Inu ecosystem this year is the introduction of the Shibdentity initiative.
