The leader of the Shiba Inu ecosystem, Shytoshi Kusama, has finalized a secretive and significant deal for the SHIB Army. Kusama subtly hinted at this important development during a recent interaction with the community on the Shibarium Telegram group.
During the weekend, Kusama disclosed on Telegram that he was in discussions with an individual of great importance regarding Shiba Inu matters. He then requested the group members to warmly welcome this individual with the community’s signature “woof” excitement.
“I’m currently with someone VERY important. Can we all give a warm woof and welcome?” Kusama appealed.
As anticipated, the Shiba Inu Army enthusiastically responded to Kusama’s request, extending a warm welcome to his guest. Following the lively engagement session, the Shiba Inu ecosystem expressed gratitude to the community members and confirmed that the deal had been finalized. Kusama encouraged everyone to stay tuned for further updates, which led to another round of bullish engagements from the SHIB Army.
Amidst the excitement, curiosity arose within the community regarding the nature of the deal. Community member Roy3 humorously pointed out how many individuals were celebrating without fully understanding what they were celebrating. Meanwhile, community admin Regnar chimed in, suggesting that when Shytoshi indicates something big is on the horizon, it usually holds significant importance.
However, despite the pressing curiosities from the community members, Kusama did not provide specific details about the deal. Nevertheless, the ecosystem lead used the platform to hint at the upcoming release of ShibaSwap 1.75, which precedes the highly anticipated ShibaSwap 2.0.
Notably, the Shiba Inu ecosystem team has recently entered into several partnerships after initial teasers. One of the latest collaborations is with the Content Delivery and Security Association (CDSA), an organization that includes tech giants Netflix, Apple, and Amazon as members. In this partnership, CDSA members will utilize Shiba Inu’s blockchain, Shibarium, to combat plagiarism and deep fakes resulting from advancements in artificial intelligence.
Other existing partnerships include collaborations with D3 Global to provide SHIB identity to enthusiasts and with the Paris-based cryptography firm Zama.
