Shiba Inu’s decentralized exchange (DEX), ShibaSwap, has finally launched its highly anticipated upgraded version, ShibaSwap 2.0. The announcement was made by ShibaSwap’s official X account, highlighting the significant improvements that the DEX has received.
The release of ShibaSwap 2.0 comes shortly after ShibaSwap’s X handler hinted that the launch would happen sooner than expected. True to their word, the upgraded version is now live on the mainnet.
The latest upgrade offers users greater control, smarter tools, and improved rewards, all of which aim to enhance their overall trading experience on ShibaSwap.
ShibaSwap 2.0 introduces five unique features that aim to enhance users’ experience. The first feature is Concentrated Liquidity Pools, which allows users to provide liquidity within specific price ranges. This offers increased efficiency, flexibility, and potentially higher returns.
The second feature, Seamless Migration, allows existing liquidity providers to effortlessly migrate from old pools to new ones in just one step. This simplifies the process and ensures a smooth transition for users.
ShibaSwap 2.0 also offers a Better Reward Structure, enabling users to claim incentives based on their liquidity contributions without the need to withdraw funds. This feature enhances the overall reward system and encourages users to actively participate in the ecosystem.
Another notable feature is the integration of Smart Swap, which allows users to access the best available swap prices by seamlessly switching between V1 and V2 pools. This ensures that users can optimize their trading strategies and make the most of their trades.
Lastly, ShibaSwap 2.0 introduces the Pair-Level Analytics feature, providing users with detailed insights into the DEX’s metrics, such as total value locked (TVL), fees earned, and daily volume. Since the launch of ShibaSwap 1.0 on Ethereum in July 2021, the Shiba Inu ecosystem team has been diligently working on rolling out the upgraded version, ShibaSwap 2.0.
