BONE, a token in the Shiba Inu ecosystem, has experienced a significant surge in popularity thanks to its integration with Atomic Wallet, potentially boosting its adoption rate.
Atomic Wallet, a decentralized crypto wallet trusted by over five million users, recently announced native support for Shiba Inu’s BONE token. This development was confirmed by the Atomic Wallet team in an update on their official X account on Monday, June 10.
By integrating BONE into their platform, users now have access to the token that serves as the transactional fuel for Shiba Inu’s Shibarium blockchain. Shibarium is a layer-two network designed to improve scalability, speed up transactions, and reduce costs while promoting further development.
The Shibarium team expressed their gratitude to Atomic Wallet for supporting BONE and recognized the wallet’s significant role in driving the token’s adoption. The official X account of the Shiba Inu ecosystem also celebrated BONE’s achievement.
The SHIB Army, the community of Shiba Inu enthusiasts, has welcomed the news of BONE’s listing on Atomic Wallet with enthusiasm, seeing it as a crucial step towards wider adoption of the token. With Atomic Wallet’s large user base, the community expressed their appreciation for the wallet service’s support in expanding the reach of BONE.
Atomic Wallet offers native support for BONE and is accessible to both Android and iOS users. Users can utilize the wallet for swapping tokens and sending and receiving BONE.
Since late 2022, Atomic Wallet has supported the BONE token, allowing deposits and withdrawals via Ethereum’s ERC20, BNB Chain, and Polygon networks. In January 2023, the team announced their plan to integrate Shibarium upon its launch, and by November 2023, they fulfilled their promise by adding support for all Shiba Inu native tokens, including Doge Killer (LEASH).
The recent announcement confirms that deposits and withdrawals of BONE are now available via Shibarium’s network exclusively. Community members are eagerly anticipating when Binance will also support BONE, as it has long been a goal for the SHIB Army given Binance’s massive user base of over 200 million.
