Shiba Inu’s bi-weekly magazine, ‘The Shib,’ has released its 25th edition, which focuses on the upcoming Web 3 events in Canada, including the Blockchain Futuristic Conference (BFC), ETHToronto, and ETHWomen. Shiba Inu has once again emerged as the title sponsor for these events, which will take place on August 13-14, 2024.
As a sponsor, Shiba Inu will have a dedicated space at the events to showcase its ecosystem projects, such as Shibacals, Shibarium, Shib Name Service (SNS), K9 Finance DAO, and Shibverse.
One of the highlights of the magazine is the announcement that K9 Finance DAO, Shiba Inu’s liquid staking derivative (LSD) partner, will be hosting a hackathon at the Blockchain Futuristic Conference. The hackathon aims to bring together innovative minds to explore the possibilities of blockchain technology. Participants will use Shiba Inu’s L2 blockchain Shibarium to build solutions that can redefine the blockchain landscape. The winners of the hackathon will be rewarded with a KNINE bounty.
The magazine also features CryptoQueen, a prominent member of the Shiba Inu community and co-founder of ShibWomen, as one of the speakers at the Blockchain Futurist Conference. She will be speaking on the topic of “Empowering Women in Web 3 Via X Spaces.” CryptoQueen also expects Shibarium to gain significant attention at the ETHToronto conference.
In addition to the Blockchain Futuristic Conference, the magazine covers other events, including Tangem’s community-driven initiatives. Tangem has included SHIB as a payment method for its crypto storage device.
